Lobster rolls, sunny Atlantic beaches, and changing fall leaves are just a few of the reasons to explore the iconic Cape Cod locale. Our location for our Cape Cod family yoga retreat is situated close to the shore, just a few minutes from both Falmouth and Woods Hole. This retreat location is located within AutoCamp Cape Cod. We will have access to our own private clubhouse and outdoor lawn, while also sharing the greater property amenities with others such as the Shining Sea Bikeway and access to on-site bicycles. Cozy, classic, and a little bit wild, find out for yourself why this spot is one of the best places for making timeless memories. We also highly recommend you have a car at this retreat location, as we will take group field trips to nearby attractions like the Nobska Lighthouse.

Daily children’s program for 4 hours using Montessori and Forest school approach (plus additional childcare included during free time and after bedtime as required)

Daily meals for both mom and child that are farm to table, local, seasonal, healthy whole foods

Smoothie and light snack bar each afternoon

Unlimited coffee, teas, and mineral water

Welcome gift

Yoga mats, fitness equipment, children toys and entertainment, towels, bed linens, hairdryers, wifi etc.

Note: Daily refresh of your room is no longer available with sustainability and privacy in mind, however you can request new towels and linens as needed.

7:00am-7:30am Morning sunrise yoga and stretch

7:30am-8:30am Light morning breakfast self-serve in pavilion lounge area

9:00am Children’s program begins

9:15am-10:15am Fusion yoga class

10:15am Mid-morning snack for children during childcare program

11:00am-12:00pm Mama brunch

11:30am Children’s lunch during childcare program

12:15pm-1:00pm Guided meditation

1:00pm Children’s program ends

1:30pm-2:30pm Guided mom and child nature walk

4:00pm-4:30pm Mom and child family yoga

2:30pm-5:30pm Free time, smoothie bar, and bespoke experiences (additional childcare included as required during bespoke experiences which include massage, reiki, and synastry astrology readings)

5:30pm-6:30pm Group dinner

7:00pm-8:00pm Campfire storytime

8:00pm-10:00pm Women's circle (projector movie night or baby monitor watching for children)

Cape Cod Massachusetts Season

Our 4-day program runs from Sunday through Wednesday during 2024 with check in is 3pm – 5pm and check out is 11am.

Our 2024 retreat season will be during May through June.

Airstream Accommodations

Inside of a timeless 31-foot Airstream you’ll find a bright and airy sitting room and fully-functional kitchenette. In the bedroom, a queen bed with high-thread count linens is tucked under a panoramic window. A private modern bathroom offers a walk-in rain shower and spacious vanity area, plus room for a pack n’ play or toddler bed and slumberpod (all available upon request) when the sleeper sofa is not extended.
